We recommend an annual service to ensure your heat pump is running at its best and to maintain product warranties.
We regularly undertake service and maintenance work on systems that we have not installed.
A service includes:
Servicing
• checking system operation and settings
• cleaning heating system filter
• cleaning the evaporator
• checking anti-freeze level
• checking expansion vessels
• checking hot water cylinder
• checking pressure relief valves (PRV’s) operation
• checking and tightening of electrical connections and anti-vibration mounts
• checking the liquid line and vapour line temperatures
• checking the high pressure and low pressure parts of the system
• checking the superheat and subcooling
• checking the enthalpy (energy stored within the refrigerant)
• checking the air flow through the evaporator
Should you find your system unexpectedly not running at its best we can help no matter the problem.
